Location-Based Service Terms

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users in using location-based services provided by Callnvan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

① These Terms and Conditions shall become effective when users agree to these Terms and Conditions and use the service according to the procedures set by the Company.

② If the user clicks the 'Agree' button on the platform, it shall be deemed that the user has read and fully understood all the contents of these Terms and Conditions and agrees to its application.

③ The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws and regulations such as the Location Information Act, Content Industry Promotion Act, Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, Consumer Basic Act, and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.

Article 3 (Application of Related Laws)

These Terms and Conditions shall be applied fairly in accordance with the principle of good faith, and matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws or commercial practices.

Article 4 (Service Content and Usage Fee)

① The Company provides the following location-based services using the member's location information received from location information providers.

Service Name	Service Description
Transportation Service	Provides transportation service from the origin to the destination specified by the user using the user's location information.
Location-based Advertising	Provides advertising information using the user's location information.

② The location-based service provided by the Company is free of charge. However, users are responsible for charges incurred when using paid services linked through the service.

③ Data communication charges incurred when using wireless services are separate and follow the policy of each mobile carrier subscribed to by the user.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from January 1, 2024.
